As we are both amateur
cyclists, we are aiming to break ourselves in gradually and build up to a 30
mile ride. Joining the gym is a definite. We both work quite far out of town so
are not up to cycling to work every day quite yet. We need to get used to
riding as much as we can and we also need to build up our core and increase our
stamina.
